Dear Members and Friends,
We have created a survey to help Columbia Arts Guild refocus
and plan for the future of the group. By placing it online, the statistics will
be compiled in charts that are easy to use and no one has to sit and count
boxes. I promise you, this site is safe and will not market to you or try sell
you anything because they don't have or collect ANY contact information about
you. At the end of the survey, it will offer you a chance to take others. Feel
free to ignore their request; it has no effect on our survey.
The survey consists of 10 questions, most of them multiple
choice. The last question offers you a chance to express your vision for our
group. Please, fill out all the questions as well as this last box no matter
how short your answer or what you have to say. It is anonymous.
While this is intended to be a semi-closed survey of our
members and related persons, it is not exclusive. Feel free to share the link
with others in the area who have an interest in art whether they teach, sell or
just do it for fun.
